Our Season:
The best time to go is December through March, with the months of January and February considered high season. December corresponds with June weather in the Northern Hemisphere, January and February to July and August, and March to September weather. The shoulder season months of November and April offer cooler temperatures.

Rates:
The fee is $3,000 usd per week.
Discounts are available for multi-week stays.
The minimum rental period is normally one week (seven nights). Please inquire if you desire a stay longer or shorter than seven days. Priority will be given to those groups booking for seven days or longer.
Meals not included: Guests are responsible for providing all food provisions and alcoholic beverages. Dinners can be prepared by the caretakers, with advanced notice.
